- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are horrible. My direct deposit was supposed to come today, I check my account and it said "pending closed" and I was not notified by them via email, call, text, or anything prior that they were going to be closing my account. Now, bills are due and I have to be the guy that looks like a scumbag telling my landlord that I can't pay my rent until next week because SunTrust closed my account without my knowledge.May 08, 2017by Ray Storozuk
